For City Meet, swimmers need to be under the tent by 7:30 A.M. on Friday or Saturday (Sunday if you qualify for Finals). The tent is red and white striped with two points. If you were at City Meet last year, it's located in the same spot as last year.If you did NOT go to City Meet last year, it's located right next to the parking garage across the street from the Allen Jones Aquatic Center.
Also, our End-of-Season Banquet is at Grace Lutheran Church on Tuesday, August 3rd at 6:00 P.M. The cost is $5 per person ($20 max per family) and children 4 and under are free. Email Tiffany (or burn a CD to give her) photos from this season to be included in the slide show presentation.
For City Meet, you do NOT have to qualify to swim on Friday (11 & up swimmers) or Saturday (10 & under swimmers), but swimmers do need to qualify to swim in the finals on Sunday. Fees are paid by our swim team if your child is entered in this meet, and additional fees are charged if your child is entered and doesn't show up to swim. PLEASE make sure the coaches know if your child is planning on swimming so we don't waste money. Meet Commitment Forms were filled out at the beginning of the season, but many left City Meet blank and didn't check "yes" or "no". You may email Erin from the link in the "Meet our Coaches" section of this website to clarify your child's plans. Thank you!
We're having a design contest for next year's team T-shirts! Look for a flyer to be placed in your file in the shed soon. Entries must be drawn on paper no larger than 8½" x 11" and artists' names should not be on the front of the design. Entries are due no later than Thursday, July 29th and will be voted on at our end-of-season banquet.
We're organizing our swim meet volunteers a new (and hopefully better) way! Please look for an email from our board member, Jill, with the link to volunteerspot.com. Clink on the link to sign up for this Thursday's meet. PLEASE sign up before arriving at the meet. Thank you!

Each family is asked to donate one 24 pack of 12-ounce drinks for each home swim meet to sell in our concession stand. This will amount to 3 donations for the summer. If your last name begins with A, B, C, D, or E - please bring regular Coke. If your last name begins with F, H, I, J, or L - please bring regular Sprite. If your last name begins with G, K, or N - please bring bottled water. If your last name begins with M, O, P, or Q - please bring 12-ounce G-2 Gatorade. If your last name begins with S or T - please bring Diet Coke. If your last name begins with R, U, V, W, X, Y, or Z - please bring bottled water.
